VÉRA

Our Story

Cooking with restraint.

VÉRA was created around a simple idea: exceptional ingredients need very little distraction.

Inspired by the Mediterranean and shaped by contemporary European cooking, our menu changes with the seasons and celebrates clarity, balance and flavor.

Sourcing

Short distances.

We buy small and often — coastal fish landed the same morning, vegetables from growers we know by name, olive oil pressed by a single family in Istria. What arrives decides what we cook.

Technique

Nothing decorative.

Modern method serves the ingredient, never the other way around. Fire, salt, acid and time do most of the work; the kitchen only intervenes where it makes a dish clearer.

Hospitality

Present, not performative.

Our team reads the table. A first date, a long-planned celebration and a Tuesday dinner alone all deserve a different rhythm — and none of them need a script.

Seasonal.
Simple.
Intentional.
